What a week it has been!

Here’s what I’ve observed since the last time we connected:

I’ve observed that information is supposedly at its most accessible while verifiable information is simultaneously being wiped away. And speaking of AI, instead of calling these bots built on existing information “artificial intelligence,” big players are pushing for it to be called “super intelligence.” So naturally, I have consequently begun to see these ‘assistants’ as superficial intelligence.

I recently finished the book AI for Life: 100+ Ways to Use Artificial Intelligence to Make Your Life Easier, More Productive…and More Fun! by Celia Quillian, and the book strangely acknowledged shortfalls of the accuracy and integrity of AI and, yet, it swore that AI could help solve personal, existential, mathematical, and other systematic issues without hardly being adept at accuracy or integrity in any of those areas. And this is certainly no jab or disrespect to the author. She isn’t the only author or journalist speaking about AI in this way.

Here’s the crux of the matter, AI is like a calculator that’s right 80% of the time. And I cannot prove it isn’t deliberately sabotaging progress in hopes of getting me to subscribe to the higher ticket versions. AI is flawed in that it distributes information according to a business model that means the more you want it, the more it will cost you. And if you depend on accuracy and integrity, that demand will create a difference between the free and the paid information. Some truth and some lies. I find it often wastes my time when it comes to anything I can gain from a trip to the library.

For the time being, AI is relegated to image generation, content ideas, and for a buzz topic to turn the trending conversations into conversations about my clients and their reach!

Last Week’s Solution:

The human advantage is the inherent dominion over technology whereby we have created it.

C – contribution – AI has been fed all of our contributions.
U – unique thought – We ask for AI’s thoughts/opinions and its response is a summarization of more human thought, theory, philosophy…. human contributions.
R – reasoning – I ask for it at the tail-end of each prompt to analyze it, and I continually find major gaps in the reasoning of AI. Its reasoning is mainly assumption, averaging, and Reddit threads.
E – enlightenment – The closest AI can come to enlightenment is its unannounced and frequent hallucinations.

I make business easier for my clients by sharing my knowledge, tools, and insights so that they can optimize their business for the most profitable reach. My purpose is to solve as many problems for my clients as I possibly can. I never let AI do my writing. I’m not saying it’s better or worse, wrong or right. It just helps me sleep better at night. The same is true within my marketing company, The Pink Tint Marketing.
