There is a golden wave approaching. Those who learn to build boats, stay afloat. The foolish use the tools to reinforce their ideas of thinking small and cutting corners, having their own lack of drive to blame. YES, even with AI, some still seek reinforcement and justification for their current state when the roadmap to their graduated state does not show a path they are willing to take. Driven, successful, fulfilled, wise people are willing to take a path of graduation.
How many people do you know who will complain about an issue in their lives, but will fight even more fervently against the solutions? How many times have you explained to a mentee that they don’t need a mentor, but a willingness to apply feedback? How many videos have you seen where someone complains about things being unfair? This is resistance to the solution. AI presents solutions–or whatever you want it to present.
So the ones who float are learning to build boats. The ones who are perpetually drowning are finding weights to latch onto themselves. Let’s build.
